According to the conclusion of Federal State Unitary Enterprise ISK Rosatomstroy – NIKIMT, coating system based upon OS-51-03 CERTA organosilicate composition is strongly resistant to radiation and decontamination solutions.
Together with OC "SPETSPOKRYTIYA" of NIKIMT-Atomstroy technological instruction (TI.01 . CERTA) on using ÎÑ.51.03 CERTA as protective coating of concrete and metal surfaces of the equipment and premises of nuclear power plant.

OS-51-03 CERTA is recommended as protective coating of the equipment and premises of nuclear power plant, transportation containers used for waste nuclear fuel, surfaces of burial grounds of radioactive waste, protection of thermoelectrode wires of microthermocouples, heat-producing elements with heat resistance up to +300°Ñ, for anticorrosive coating of outward parts of heat conductors and steam lines.
It is manufactured and supplied in a set with a hardener.

Theoretical expense on metal, of 100 microns thickness (on a dry layer), is 350 g/m2, 450 g/m2 on concrete.
Actual expense exceeds the theoretical one to 70%.
Layer quantity is at least 2 at 60 microns minimum coating thickness.
Recommended layer quantity is at least 2, minimum coating thickness is 60 microns.
Recommended layer thickness on a dry layer is from 100 to 200 microns.
Composition painting system doesn’t need preliminary priming.
Cold and hot setting after coating.
Composition of cold setting is supplied in a set with a hardener.
Final polymerization time at temperature 20°Ñ is 72 hours.
